Look up the XTC version. If Hendrix and Weller aren't within the same horizon, XTC must be on a different planet. I have to admit I really love the XTC version, it is totally different.

yea, this watchtower is so distant from the hendrix version it cannot even be seen on the horizon.

You're not wrong, I couldn't understand the reference to Hendrix either. You'd think Hendrix was the only person who covered this song prior to Weller. I like the XTC version just because it's different, raw, edgy and doesn't conform. Like this version too.

Love it but why put Hendrix in the description. You could have put XTC and it wouldn't been any further from the truth.
