This song is amazing. I love the trick intro, wherein the guitars are playing in 3/4 waltz time, but then the drums kick in and it's suddenly in 4/4 time. Amazing little trick. I really wish music this excellent made it to the top ten in the Billboard charts.

What a surprise! "Something's got to give" (Belgian TV) just ended, with this song as the playout finale. Bought "There goes Rhyming Simon" LP supercheap 1990, but not all tracks played, hence now never played. I'd no idea this track was there. A newer copy beckons, I'd say.

I didn't even know this song was in a movie. Loved it since I bought it in '72 with my allowance money as a kid. (Yeah, I'm kinda old and not much of a movie buff.) This song is a little life lesson.
