Rubber Soul was a masterpiece of beautiful melodies and none any more so than this song. They were still in the bubblegum phase of their compositions, but they were so good at it. Where they leave other bands in the dust is that they were not satisfied to just be the best at it, they kept creating new things.

I was at the concert and it was the most amazing show I've ever seen in my entire life! I've been a huge Beatles fan since 2nd Grade and started playing bass because of Paul- its amazing that he still sounds so awesome so many years later :)

Isn't it remarkable? Fifty years on and his voice has hardly changed. Some guys lose an octave,but Paul sounds about as fine in person as he does on records.

@44t56 Rubber Soul was The Beatles album that really nailed me to the wall as a fan! Everything they ever did was good but this album hooked me for sure at Christmas 1965, when I gave it to my sister as a gift, and I couldn't stop listening to it! It melded with my soul!
