@feishtica lol - I do listen to some " unusual" Christmas music all year round if the mood strikes - Toby Keith;s Christmas cd is non traditional and there are some great songs on The Sweetest Gift by Trisha Yearwood . After I posted that comment , I realized ( senior moment !) that Patty already did Bluesgrass and White Snow (?) - a Christmas album which is magnigficent so I listened a bit afterwards :) I guess I am greedy - just always looking for more Patty Lovess and great music .

This was SO beautiful - I wish Patty Loveless would put out a Christmas cd or that they would have a boxed set of all her songs - she is one of the best ! I love this rendition - so heartfelt .
