Plot twist I am a massive fan of both and I like this version. Come on brendon has a great voice very different to morrissey but there is no need to be rude about it. There are plenty worse who could have covered it. All they wanted to do is pay tribute to a great band.

Okay, just because The Smiths are wonderful doesn't mean Patd sucks. Panic actually consists of some very talented musicians, especially lyrically. I would recommend listening to their first and second albums. And then reevaluate your thinking please.

These guys aren't that great. They look like corporate hacks: the kind of people that Morrissey very vocally decries. The only thing I can say about these tools is that at least they have good taste in music. Other than that, there isn't much that stands out about them. They look like every other mall band and sound the part as well. For all the kiddies, I suggest you check out the original. The Smiths totally blow these fakes right out of the water!
