A very soft cover version with guitar, strings and harmonies. Vince Clarke actually wrote this for Depeche Mode(who he co-started). Maybe he left them after the first album Speak & Spell because they didn't want it. Fortunately he started Yazoo and released it with Alison Moyet on vocals. He later also started The Assembly and Erasure.
