This got released in 1997 I think. There used to be a good few songs about like this, that actually charted back in the late 90's and very early 00's. 'Sneaker Pimps - 6 Underground' is another from 97. Also 'I Monster - Daydream In Blue' from 2001, 'Groove Armada - At The River', 'Zero 7 Destiny' etc. I'd say the closest most recent track I've heard in this enchanting/chill style was 'AlunaGeorge - You Know You Like It' in 2013. But on the whole nobody seems to make them anymore like this.
