En 2004 lanzó su primer álbum Heartbreaktown en su propio sello Otra Registros . La siguiente EP Visitors y el álbum Let There Be Love se emitieron en la rama sueca de V2 Records en 2005. En 2006-07 fue telonera de la cantante noruega Ane Brun en sus giras de conciertos (Live in Escandinavia, 2007 ) .Junto al apoyo de Brun ya establecida , Kinert saltó a la fama en 2007 tras el uso de su canción "Through Your Eyes " en una campaña de publicidad en todo el mundo para la empresa de automóviles sueca SAAB, una canción que ella no escribió , pero prestó su voz .En octubre de 2007, fue incluida en el álbum Steve Jansen Slope , cantando en "Playground Martyrs (Reprise)" (otra versión de esa canción en el álbum contó con Jansens' brother David Sylvian ) .En noviembre de 2010 , ella lanzó Red Líder Dream, un álbum inspirado en la trilogía de Star Wars. Fue editado por su propio sello NinkinaRecordings .

Came here after hearing Nina supporting Ane Brun live. Very good artist. Vocal style here reminds me of Jenny Lewis. And she's as pretty as Jenny.
