@Kaih0 The story writers don't run out of ideas. Filler writers run out of ideas. The story writer can't write as much as they need to to fill the anime's needs because everything they write also has to be drawn, so they have this "team" to throw in random shitty fillers that are only PARTIALLY supervised by the actual story writer, just to make sure they keep the people in character.

@Kaih0 You really don't know how anime based off of manga works do you? Bleach is the only anime I have seen with as much filler as it has and it is because the writer makes one manga chapter get through nothing. 1 episode of bleach = probably 3 chapters. Animes based off of mangas have filler arcs because the anime is catching up to the manga so they throw in fillers to let the manga get ahead again. The bleach writer is milking it. One Piece is halfway done and Naruto is done soon i think
