Lovely. I'll be you'd love to sing it with Leonard Cohen. He's just an amazing man. I would give anything to see him. He was in San Francisco or across the bridge but, when I called about ticket, they didn't have anything. So, he must do another tour and hit California. Top to bottom, it's a pretty friendly place. Nicole Atkins is brilliant and she has such a unique voice, but Adele is fantastic in her own right and has one hell of voice and she writes great songs too - if you don't like her that is one thing, but she is no sell out and is no run of the mill pop star either. Don't hate, just love on Nicole because she is great in her own right and I don't really consider the two of them as singing the same type of music.

@ Heartfelt...while I think it is awesome to show publicly show admiration for you favorite singer, to tear down Adele as "pretty average" is a pretty average and easy thing to do. This is the first I have heard of the lovely Nicole, and I am impressed for sure, but she hardly makes Adele any less amazing in her own right. Thanks for listening.

True enough. But you can't blame the world for wanking over Adele. It's just a sad fact about the music industry that if you're not willing to sell out and be a little pop princess, well, then you don't get big time exposure a la Adele.
