Hi Mike. You might want to check your uploaded version again. Both yours and mine run approx the same time. I played the two side by also, the 2 additional choruses aren't there. I'm just sayin'....BTW, I worked in cable with a Bill Mckenna, any relation?

I have just uploaded the full album version of this record which contains 2 additional choruses - one about his wife's cooking - and the second with the wife complaining that the husband never takes her anywhere. The 45 version here is shorter than the album cut - thus you may want to take a listen to the longer version. Thanks!

Great comments here! Nicola did this for the Kapp label first and there was an extra verse on an EP(extended play 45). After ABC Paramount(well-portayed in the Ray Charles movie "Ray") had signed him, they edited a new version which was a HUGE hit in NY&NJ. ,Cashbox magazine had it as a number ONE single! Big with Italian families and LOTS of others,it was a funny record with a beautiful love song on the flip called "Ciao Belleza" A GREAT entertianerNicola has a listing at Wikipedia.Ciao!
