Nicol Sponberg (formerly Nicol Smith, formerly of the group Selah) recorded this beautiful song. It talks about trusting God even when hard times come. He is always there for us. Sort of reminds me of the theme of the Barlow Girl song "Never Alone". For me the key line is "You have never left my side". The song was written by Luke Sheets and Jason Ingram. Not sure what CD it's from; maybe it hasn't been released yet. I heard on the last SongDiscovery CD sampler, volume #79.
