Was this in 1995 or 1996? I recall her dance version was a massive smash hit down under. And let's face it, much better than Bonnie's original 1983 version.

That said, Nicki French sings her azz off. She has one of the best female voices I've heard, ever - sort of like Annie Lennox meets Tina Turner - and on top of all that, she's lovely. How come so few United Statians and Canadians even have heard of her? Eighty-six the goofy Greek temple production numbers and the Chippendale dancers, and let the woman SING!

OK, as I was saying.... Note to the producer: you've got the wardrobe azz-backwards. In successful music vids, the WOMEN always are more scantily-clad than the dudes. This is a great version of this song; don't ruin your concert videos by including a platoon of guys in, well, in whatever you call that.
