If you tell me Nickelback makes good pop music, I will admit you are definitely right. But they are really piss poor world-renowned musicians without originality, and from what I hear, without much quality in their performances. I will see them for the first time this summer, so that's that about my opinion. But they are not "the last great rock band alive". To me, they were the first "rock band" that could only dish out pop songs, though I am sure there were many more bands like this, but I wasn't listening then. I am not a hater. I listen to them every other day at my job, but I do not get my "opinions" blinded by how much Internet hates them either.
