* I mean, I wish Natacha had collaborated with Ofra while she was still alive. Now that I've learned something about her protests and refusal to go to Israel, I don't even know if Natacha would've done this, but I'd like to think she would since Ofra was a sweet person who cared about peace and never did anyone any wrong. :P

Someone mentioned best voice and how that could be disputed..."best voice" for me belongs to Ofra Haza. And yes, I know, she was Jewish and mentioning her among fans of Arab music might earn me public hate but I don't care, I love all kinds of middle eastern music. Natacha is my 2nd favorite after Ofra. They are two sides of the middle eastern coin for me. Both have amazing music, but more importantly, they have amazing voices. I wish they'd collaborated while Ofra was still alive.
