Well said, but I disagree on your rating. Nas is pretty much the only rapper who lyrically, has always had true meaning since the beginning. Rapping about issues that are usually swept under the rug, that's what puts him on a higher level. I doubt any other rapper would even think of making a song like that, since it's not talking about getting money or selling cocaine. Controversy apparent, he's still shining!

Thank you for your review. I feel the same way. I personally feel he could've gone further. Ownership of his actions is there but not fully. Even the music video seemed like it could've gone further, it was a good confessional. But as a confessional it didn't reach its full potential. Alot of people can easily just rock with it and take the message that it is written, it be what it be, or lets just swallow it, the cycle continues.
