This album almost has a prog sound to it, very understandable, Barney is a huge fane of the genre, Dream theatre anyway.

probably because they got recognition from playing some of the fastest heaviest blast beats when they first came around. They had the record for shortest song. This is the almost completely opposite from their initial notoriety. I can understand the appeal if this is a new sort of sound to you but to me its the most boring shit ive ever heard from a "grind" band. sooo much pop in this song structure, so predictable and mediocre.
