Trench warfare-- it was one of the ugliest, goriest, most brutal forms of combat ever devised by mankind. Men being shot or blown to pieces as they advanced toward an enemy trench, and even if they captured it, they would invariably lose the ground the gained soon afterward. Mortar shells shrieking down every few seconds, tanks firing and being destroyed... And that was all happening to BOTH sides of most battles involving trench combat. Thank god for modern military tactics. Epic video though.

@jusagarbage When someone like Hitler or Stalin would Attak your Country, then you have to defend it. You can't allow them to take your land and let them kill people of your country. You have to fight.
