@Warstub Some people wouldn't even tell the difference but I agree. BTL generally sounds weaker. This is how the album came out in America. I already had the original album (probably the album I played the most in the last decade) but I was excited to har an alternate mix so I picked it up too. It was also nice to get most b-sides on just one CD (although I have a different acoustic "always" on the "Grounded" single) and a few songs are not there, like the first version of "Tongue Tied".

@dummytree Generally, I find the mixes on BTL completely unnecessary and somewhat detrimental to the intimacy created by the original mixes. After I had listened to it a few times, I went and ordered a copy of the original album, and that's the one I listen to now.

@Warstub You're right ! I generally prefer the first mix as well. The new intro for "Falling off th Floor' on "Finelines/Between the Lines" is nice. But other than that, nothing to write home about, really. (and I really don't like the F/BTL mix of "Always your way")...

This isn't the Finelines/Between the Lines version. I recently purchased the dbl reissue and noticed that the vocals are decidedly different. I prefer this version playing here, but this is the version from the original release.
