I'm not quite sure if Chickenfoot would have been next to GNR, but it sure could have been interesting seeing this guys during the 80's performing next to David Lee Roth with Steve Vai, Billy Sheehan and Gregg Bissonette (Drummer on Satch's "Summer Song").How's that?!The video for "Yankee Rose" by Roth comes to mind. No disrespect but maybe (maybe) David & co. could have made this guys look like amateurs back then. Of course saying this is not fair enough, 'cause David Lee Roth's band project was almost 30 years ago, but check the energy & the fun they projected on "Yankee Rose" video. It's a shame that band/line up didn't last for too long.Both bands are great, but so far, I stay with Roth, Vai, Sheehan & Bissonette...Just saying!
