On April 19th, 1994, on my 34th birthday, I lost one of the best friends I will EVER know...my grandmother. My grandparents were probably the two most influential people in my life, and my love for them could never be put into words. This has become a day of mixed emotions for me, and a friend suggested I make a video in honor of my grandmother. Being technologically impaired, I NEVER thought I could do this WITH help, much less on my own. But I was determined, and even though it's rough around the edges, I DID IT!!! Originally, I had WAY too many pictures because I wanted to include ALL of my family. I decided to save those for another project and make this about only my grandparents (I HAD to include my grandpa because he was every bit as special) and me. This was a labor of love which brought MANY tears but MANY wonderful memories. So, this is my birthday gift to myself...and to "My Buddies"...
