Hi, Chuck, sorry to contradict you, but Britany is the most western part of France (just under Great Britain). Yes, breton is a minor celtic language but corsican and basque are not celtic languages. Corsican is a latine language and noone know where basque comes from (it could be the language of the people who was in France before the coming of the Celts). Breton has more in common with Welsh and Cornish. And as a celtic language, breton is not quite a "language of love". It's very rough! :)
