This song has helped me deal with some very dark times with my broken heart. It's been two years almost since that day of devastation and months and months of agony did give way to peace however brief and intermittent it was then. I feel empowered and I see that I am healing and living my life much more happily than ever actually. I'm grateful now for my boyfriend leaving me though I still miss him. I can miss him now much easier than before. I will always love him but thankfully I'm not in love with him anymore since he's nonexistent in my life. It took a while to let go but this song definitely helped.

a lot of heartbreak has made me numb for over 2 years now. But somehow i manage to cry every time i listen to this song, the words are so beautiful and pierce through my shields. And this little voice starts saying in my head: 'perhaps that time will really come?' Though my hill looks more like a wall, so steep.
