My personal favourite Mud song. A typical Chinn and Chapman song that is well-written and very well produced with a unique style of its own. The rhythm is laid-back and very gentle but somehow makes you want to swing. The song has a nostalgic and haunting quality with sad lyrics, but the music is warm and comforting and always makes me feel happy. As a child I remember hearing this song playing loudly in the distance, approaching the house, then stopping, and I knew Dad was home!
