Motley Crue

Pretty excited to see this, but also disappointed (as steve below said...if I knew then). This was my first concert ever, at Rosemont Horizon in Illinois, I was 12, Whitesnake opened. It was life changing, and as such a huge fan (and so young and impressionable), I thought it was the greatest thing I had ever heard. But all the live footage I have ever seen from early 80's to today show crue really doesnt pull it off live, and I saw them again in 2011 and was wildy disappointed.

It's too bad that they were so fucked up on drugs during this tour because they did plan on releasing a live VHS/Album from this tour (they filmed and recorded three different shows Tacoma, Alpine Valley and one other one) but the performance footage and audio was so bad that they had to shelf the idea for twelve years until Live: Entertainment Or Death came out in 1999.

I was at this show in JohnsonCity TN and it really kicked our hillbilly ass. Maybe because we really loved to party and so did the Crew. TN has the best looking girls in the world and the band seen it and preformed there ass off that night.
