This is a cover of me playing Mothers of the Disappeared by U2.

Technical specs of this video:

I captured this with a Canon HV20 in film mode. It captures 1440x1080 with an aspect ratio of 1.3333 to 1 which would stretch the video to 16:9 or 1920x1080 to match a 1080p TV (or Blue Ray disc). The HV20 captures in 24p but saves it in telecine mode of 29.97fps. I used TMPEGEnc Xpress 4.0 and did the inverse telecine thing to get it from 29.97fps to 23.976 (24p).

I used Adobe Premiere to do some editing on this video. It's all from one take, I faded back and forth from different levels of zoom and panning to keep the video from getting boring and gives it a look of multi cameras.

I output the video at a resolution of 640x360 to match YouTubes new HD format using MP4 (h.264) base 3.0 average of 1.5 and max 2.5 Mbps. I think the quality of the video turned out nice, if only the singing was better... I'm working on it.
