Morris Day was the flashy lead singer for the Minneapolis Funk band, The Time during its successful run during the early and mid 1980s. He went solo in 1985 and released three albums: Color Of Success in 1985, Daydreaming in 1988, and Guaranteed in 1992. His hits included 'Color Of Success', 'Oak Tree', 'Are You Ready', 'Daydreaming', 'Fishnet', and 'Circle Of Love'
