From the album "Outer Sunset" released by the Australian label Hidden Shoal Recordings. Monocle is a really nice indie band in the vein of Stereolab, Broadcast, etc.

I have the outer sunset cd by these guys and then the band vanished, at least under that name , this cd is like nothing else , 5 stars , hope they didnt brake up.
