ARC master B 12811-B, rec. New York, 29. December 1932.

Donald Mills, Harry Mills, Herbert Mills (voc), John Mills, jr. (voc & g) with Cab Calloway (voc) and Don Redman's orchestra.

On all other pressings I found, master B 12811-A was used. This french pressing, however, has what should be the second take, but seems to be identical to the first, and I don't think it's possible to double Calloway's completely over the top performance so that you can't tell the difference without extensive computer analysis (no, I didn't bother). Maybe this master was dubbed, as it is recorded incredibly loud?

Yes, but what else would you expect from Cab Calloway? That's what made him great!
