I listen to this song when my cousin leaves for the army. And I haven't got to see him for 2 years then he got back 2 days ago and all I did was cry. For the men and women that did fight and are fighting for are country thanks. And for the people that didn't make it back rip.

As a combat vet, I'm calling this bullshit out. Any time some armchair general or peace pushing coward starts crying to "bring our troops home", it's a sure sign they have no clue what the VAST majority of military men and women, both current and veteran, believe and feel. Shame on the person that made this video and those that like it, for whatever reason.When we are sent to do a job, told to put ourselves on the line in order to protect freedoms here and around the world, we take that serious and very personal and all of us want to be given the respect to be allowed to finish the job. We don't need or want those uneducated, indifferent or, worst of all, the indoctrinated, to try and "save" us and the best thing for you and the rest of the hippy peace movement can do is to either send us your prayers, letters of support or even a short thought once in a while when you're having a bad day OR to just keep silent. When you push your anti-war sentiments, it feels more like anti-military. I was never in Afghanistan but have some great friends that have been there until recently or are still there and they all say the same thing- they're doing the right thing, they believe in this cause and not a single one of them want out because the mission is not over, the job is not done. Why do you think so many of my brothers have left the USA to go fight ISIS, been though they're no longer military? Like the song, hate the message and I wish God speed to those still in country, still doing the job.

I was very happy to see an Airman in this video. I see tons of military tribute videos, but almost never any Airmen. Its always focused on the Marines and Army.All branches serve. All branches support and defend our nation. All of our warriors fight for the ones they love. It can't be quantified, No branch can be stratified, and the sacrifice can't be left underexpressed. God bless our men, women, Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, Marines, our Coasties, our Police Force(especially right now, serving and fighting to keep the streets safe even in the midst of the hell our ungrateful nation is putting them through), and any man or women who puts his life on the line every day to ensure you sleep safely in your home. I started dating my best friend of 5 years 9 months ago, 2 months after we started dating he left for Navy basic, he graduated and Is still currently not home because he's Special Forces and still in training, he left home in May, he gets to come home for New Years though so that's good :)
