Look, I hate to point this out but Miley's not growing up. The definition of growing up has something to do with maturity, and Miley has ZERO maturity at this point in time. She has less maturity now than she did as a child. So I'm not hating, but you are actually being incorrect by saying she's 'growing up'. According to the official definition, she's not. Doing drugs - which she has admitted to - and stripping in public is not what makes you grown up, and I think it's really sad that some people think it is.
