was 10 - 11 in 1984. something pretty magical about being a kid then. not too sure about now but it seems like everything is lackluster, dishonest, mediocre. even went to summer camp that summer all 80s style and the girls were all playing this song on their cassette "jam" boxes.

Makes me wish I was a teen in the 80's. I was a kid at that point but I still enjoy this music better than any of the shit that came out in my era really. I consider this my era, and always will. Had a bizarre experience with the opposite sex in high school really. The ones I wanted really wanted nothing to do with me, but all kinds of others were all over me. Guess in a way I was blessed, but it never seemed like the broad I was interested in, was interested in me. I took some chances here and there, and some worked out. Ended up falling in love with one of the stalkers and it was great until things went bad. Turns out I WAS in love with her and didn't know 'til she left. Never been the same since and that's about 15 years gone now. Whatever BS high-school problem you might be having, get over it. Shit gets real later on.

Perfect song for me.I'm a very special person made by god.My life is about me wanting a girlfriend and wanting love, but never getting it.It's just impossible for me to get a girlfriend, because i guess im way way to ugly lol. And no matter how much i try, it does not happen. I hate seeing people kissing their girl, while i walk alone rest of my life.I am absoluttely fucked in this life. My life is about me crying over the fact that i don't have the balls to walk up to a girl or even talk to a girl without fucking up. So this song is like a good song to be depressed with while i am telling myself all the facts about my life in the future.Ill probably be a virgin when im 80 years old and die lonely. I will probably live in some country place and have alot of beard while drinking coffee and being grumpy even though i hate people like that. 17 years old, and have to get used to living alone rest of my life. Sometimes i wonder if it is better to put a gun to my head and end it all. Cannot imagine a life without love.I remember wanting love back in kintergarden, i was the only one flirting with the girls.. :(So if you reading this ever has haven a girlfriend, you are blessed even though it may not have lasted!I will never experience love unfortantly because my life is fucked up and my face is ugly and everything about me is fucked up :( Have a nice life
