Midway through his set to the 250 person audience at Sixth & I Synagogue in Washington, D.C., MIKA did something none of us expected: he decided to ditch the microphone and sing two songs unplugged, relying entirely on his voice, the acoustics of the synagogue and the silence of the audience.
