ROCKIN ´ SOUL pieseň skupiny MIDDLE OF THE ROAD, ktorá v roku 1974 skončila v Nemecku na 31.m. Bola jediným hitom z albumu YOU PAYS YER MONEY AND YOU TAKES YER CHANCE. Autorom piesne bol bývalý gitarista skupiny Bay City Rollers Neil Henderson nar. 11. februara 1953 v Glasgowe, ktorý sa stal novým členom skupiny.Jeho rockovo orientovaná pieseň sa výrazne odlišovala od piesni talianskej dvojice Mario a Giosy Capuano. Album tvorili piesne členov skupiny, ktorý ich aj produkovali.Skupina sa orientovala na trh v Nemecku. Len tu u spoločnosti ARIOLA nahrala tento album a Music Music. V Nemecku skončilo v rebríčku 12 ich piesnia tri albumy.Posledným hitom bola v roku 1976 na 43.m.pieseň Everybody Loves....Henderson sa stal solovým gitaristom a Ian McCredie hral na šesť a 12 strunovej akustickej gitare. Album obsahuje ironickú poznámku, že Ian hral aj na clavinette dvomi prstami.
