so here you hear music and know, if you've heard it before' it's michel legarnd . if you have voice recognition it goes back to a time when the lights weren't on all the time. you had to know who you were with so you had to know how to distinguish voice and sound. that past over to composers who go back to the deep well of music that we are born with. want to know who you are ask yourself about the music you feel warm all over when you hear it. roc

They started out playing this piece just right but then ruined it by turning it into a race to see who could play it faster. What a shame to spoil such a beautiful ballad like this. The old geezer is really nimble with his fingers and is a very good jazz player, but im just sorry he didnt play this piece straight. The best recording of him playing this is with the London Philharmonic, but unfortunately it is blocked from seeing it on youtube.
