The 4th verse brings a bit confusion. It is either about guy#1 again--how their relationship seems to be back to normal until he calls her by the wrong name, or about guy #2 who somehow calls her by the wrong name also, but I want to believe the former. Essentially, the rest of the lyrics is about guy#2, who comforts her again.12 years назад

I'm not exactly sure on what the real story behind this story is, but based on the lyrics, it seems like the characters are two guys and a girl. The first and second verse seems to be about the girl's current boyfriend, who is clearly mistreating her. She's hurt, and she talks to guy#2, who comforts her.12 years назад
