search for matthew good tab archive and theres a whole site dedicated to tabbing his songs. the version there for this song is the album version but i think it can get you close. i know the cool sounding slide he does in the verse is in the typical finger shape of D, just slid up the neck. I was able to figure it out pretty good so maybe you can too.

I saw him in concert a year ago in London Ontario, there was only like 250 of us there, first time seing him live. Was amazed he sounded the same live as in the album, a true voice.
