I saw this video years ago after discovering the song and I really like the atmosphere of this video. It reminds me of sitting in the passenger seat staring out the window on early rainy mornings before the sun would come up. There would be some parts of the road mostly empty and dark, but then we would pass by the center of the town with all the different colored lights reflecting from the gray clouds creating an eerie light. It was interesting staring at the darkness with just an occasional single solitary light and then at all the pretty lights and the shadows they created and it would remind me of this video and song. I would wish the drive could last forever and the most mesmerizing part was driving by the Majestic Liquors sign with its glowing neon lights. The kid in the video, although young, gives off a vibe that's not of a normal child. It seems like his mind and thoughts are that of someone older and he looks uncaring, even cruel and unremorseful, diabolical. The child actor did a good job and the older version of him looked menacing when he replaced him on the limo and would stare ahead. I think the driving around shining a light into the darkness was a really cool idea. After watching the video, sometimes when sitting in the darkness I would just shine my phone's flashlight slowly around the room like in the video revealing what lay hidden in the darkness.
