@zakota94 Me too. I borrowed one last year, and it is truly an instrument apart. The sound is so smooth that you could use it as butter for bread!

@zakota94 It is fair to say that it is neither. That type of guitar has a certain name, National, as Mark Knopfler pointed out, when introducing the song. But of course if you had to put it in either the electric or acoustic category, then it is an acoustic. A resonator acoustic.
