Mariah is not lipped, but the background singers definitely are. That's why it all seems dubbed - because of the background vocals. The song is difficult as f**ck to sing, but she doesn't have to lip sync it, she just goes "around" certain sounds.

The last chorus is lipped to a previous non track recording. Anyone who knows Mariah well knows exactly what she looks like when she lips cos se can't do it well at all. As far as I am aware Mariah has never not lipped the last chorus. Which makes the whole song a bit of a joke.
