Ive done some research on this since i seen and found out bout the rape rumors. Was new and shocking to me. Rather its all false or true, its still crazy. There isnt anything online that says or corrections leading to it being another man. All i do find is marcos hernandez. His report and all even on the prison file states his age, place of birth and more. And the bio doesnt exclude the possibility of it not being the singer. Now if its someone else with the same name, then they should clear it up. Just too much coincidences and no photos, not even news reports, and nothing on why his second album never dropped and why he dissappeared from the world. Hmmmm makes you think.

From what I read Marcos Hernandez did enlist to be a marine. The marine who is being held for rape is Marco Hernandez not Marcos and they have a picture and it is not the singer.
