They made so many great,classic pop songs in the 1960's, they were just Amazing!! Always forward thinking & very inventive! Manfred Mann managed to cram more ideas into one song, than most bands seem to fit into one album these days!! Also brilliant use of The Mellotron in this tune!

I believe this song was written for them before Paul Jones left as Semi-Detatched Suburban Mr Jones, but when he left they changed it to Mr James..

I saw them live in 2009, still sound great, another piece of class! One of the best 60s bands without doubt.
