@vampiresstrina - at first I also had problem with defining gender of singer. But it was long time ago... and it took some time to get used with her voice. Sometimes you've got to learn some music to start enjoying it.

Her voice is what sets this band apart. It's almost dead-on female dracula, which perfectly fits the genre of music being presented. It is also a refreshing change from all the high pitched and wimpy voices in this sort of rock. Rock should have some kind of edge and attitude and not be wispy. Opera by its nature has to growl just a bit or you might as well put the guitars away as well.
