for years I thought the first words in the song we're "Well Teacher", not "Laetitia", leading me to believe the song was about a teenager lusting over his teacher.

@scrumpyJ5 I agree that they nearly mastered pop-punk on the first try , which is pretty impressive considering the incredible amount of bad pop-punk which was around at the time (Good Charlotte, Simple Plan etc.). I guess that was a sign that these guys were true musicians, not just a group of high school friends who decided to form a pop-punk band

Apart from producing beautiful, individual, progressive music, they also nailed pop-punk first time. This is so much better than most pop-punk bands out there, and they haven't spent anymore time upon that genre that this album. Admittedly, pop-punk is incredibly easy to make I'm guessing, but it can also be really very one-dimensional after a few songs. I always love listening to all of this cracker.
