Madonna

today's female artist are so boring compared to what was Madonna in the 80's, 90's and Y2K generation. Comparing Taylor Swift and Katy Perry to Madonna is laughable (like their music but they have nothing else to offer). They are so not her and Gaga seems so imitation to me. Madonna was a full package, these other girls just lack and their shelf life is decades shorter. I certainly did not agree with Madonna's message on almost anything, but these other girls have nothing to say and when they do it is done poorly and without heart. And I certainly don't think anyone of these modern pop tarts could convincingly sing this song, This used to my playground, etc they lack maturity and purpose.

I can tolerate a lot, Madonna, but not deception. It's scary, girl, how seamlessly and flawlessly you lie. I'd much prefer to have the truth from you, even if I'm not going to like it, rather than a lie that appeals to me....
