Madonna is a genius , watching her moves and her personal style is so cool , I have read several biographies on her and how she became who she is , she actually looks kinda punk with her black outfit and her makeup , kinda sexy rocker new wave chick , I think though had Madonna had her way in the beginning of her career it would have gone a different genre direction , her idols back then were Chrissie Hynde of the Pretenders , Joan Jett , and Pat Benetar , and maybe Debbie Harry of Blondie , but her direction went more pop . Amazing how she became more famous than people she admired .
