Kick drum + synths, keyboards, choirs and orchestras + vocals. WTH happened with this production? Everything else is so quiet!! Even when there aren't tonnes of layers the guitars still aren't loud enough. And putting "Listen at loud volumes through good quality speakers or headphones" just sounds like a cover up for the production. This isn't the first time I've heard bands use this on their promo material. Because it makes you think, Oh the production is a bit off. It must be my equipment I'm using, rather than the actual mixing or mastering process. On their previous album the guitars were much more profound. Such a shame...Having said that, the music itself is pretty good. It just lacks so much punch that could be there.
