Ya está bien [de momento] de forajidos y cantautores outlaws. Estos chicanos son un buen ejemplo de la fusión de lo mejor de dos tradiciones musicales. Se les conoce principalmente por su versión de La Bamba y son bastante más. Este año han sacado el doble disco en directo 'Disconnected In New York City'. Destaca David Hidalgo un auténtico genio con infinidad de colaboraciones y proyectos paralelos. El año pasado sacó un disco con Luther Dickinson de los 'North Mississipi Allstars' y Mato Nanji de los 'Indigenous' absolutamente impresionante que espero el tiempo acabe haciendo justicia.

Too bad we all don't listen to the same music. This song is GREAT! Their cover of La Bamba put them on the map, years ago making "a travesty" a bit harsh. With all the the great bands of all genres out there, how can a person know them all?.
