Agreed! New York, As a Girl, Seventies (Just Passing Over)... these are some stellar songs. Better than most of their contemporaries A-sides, easily.

This is probably the most criminally underrated band I've ever heard of. Thanks to whomever put this on YouTube, so I could Facebook it so some other people could hear it. I have both albums and all singles and b-sides and there's not a bad track in the lot. Mobile Home should have rightfully been album of the year in 1999.

The last time I saw Longpigs was at Exeter Uni - they didn't sell enough tickets and were moved to a smaller room - just after this album came out - they were clearly disappointed, however the show was even more intense due to the smaller room and the fact the people there REALLY wanted to see them. It's sad to think they were so underrated as a band, but their performances were awesome. First time I saw them live, they were supporting Sleeper at Cambridge Corn Exchange; they were magnificent!!

@D0ST03VSKY ...if you can track down their B-sides from both albums, they are all mostly as great if not better than the official LPs. I heavily advise you look in to that! Thanks! Enjoy...!
