@91Kubson As of January 9th, 2011, Jef Whitehead was arrested and charged with raping his girlfriend with his tattoo tools in addition to assaulting her. His bond was originally set at $350,000 but was eventually reduced to $100,000. He is now out of prison until the case reaches court or the charges are dropped.
